Each individual profile/account has one email address that you put in yourself when you register. You cannot go in and create a separate profile/account using the same email.

If you are a shopper, and you have a spouse that mystery shops, you have to sign up under two different profiles/accounts, using two different email addresses. Nobody should ever have more than one user conducting shops under one profile/account. Everyone needs their own separate profile/account when working for our company.

It is against policy to sign yourself up for more than one profile/account (and if come to find out you do have more than one account registered under your name, you will be contacted immediately). You are only allowed one account per person.
