If you are scheduled to a shop which requires you to visit a location it is your responsibility to call the store BEFORE visiting the location, to verify the store business days and hours. (unless your instructions specify not to)

Please DO NOT wait until the last day that you can shop, and then go to the store without calling and figure out that they closed. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS call on the first day of receiving the shop to verify business days and hours, so that you can follow through with your shop as agreed.

It is always a good idea to call the store you are shopping to avoid wasted trips, even if a telephone call is not required for the shop. We don't want you to waste your time anymore than you want to waste your time.

If you called and were then told the store hours, and you visit the store and it was still closed, despite what they told you, and it is normal business hours, call us and we will advise you on what to do.
