| What happens if I do not complete my shop by the due date given? |

If you were scheduled to an assignment that you requested online and you do NOT complete the assignment, your shopper rating WILL be lowered. Even if you contacted us asking for the shop to be canceled, your rating will still be lowered due to requesting, accepting, and NOT completing the assignment as agreed.
If you were unscheduled from one shop, and we know that you have more shops assigned to you, your other shops might be unscheduled as well, regardless of their DUE DATE(s). If you don't complete one shop, we cannot speculate on you being able to complete other shops, so we are put in a position where we have to unschedule all of your shops. This will result in a lowering of your Shopper Rating. Which means fewer/ or no shops for you in the future with our company.
If your shop is Un-Assigned due to; Emergency, Illness, or B.E.S. Error, your shopper rating will NOT be lowered.
