What if I had a shop and it was unscheduled because I didn't get a confirmation saying I had the shop?

It is your responsibility as a shopper to check your "Assigned Shops" after putting in a request for any shop(s), to see if you were assigned.

When you are originally scheduled to a shop, the computer is supposed to automatically send an email to you. But email is not always reliable. We say this because sometimes when we send out automated emails to you it kicks the message back to us stating YOUR email inbox is full, which means you will probably never receive the message. This is why it is your responsibility to check your "Assigned Shops" online after putting in requests for shop(s). Check your "assigned shops" status online every single day until that request has been removed from your requested shops list.
