If I am calling in with a shopping problem, what information should I have when I call?

Please call in with your Shop ID #, name, email, & phone number. And have available the specifics on the problem so that we can help you.

If leaving this information on any of our voice mails, please speak slowly and clearly, so that we can return your phone call.
