If I received a REJECTION email notice on one of my shops who do I need to contact?

If your shop is rejected, this does not mean rejected forever, it simply means that a shop correction or more information is required.  If your shop is rejected, you will receive 24 hours from the time your shop was rejected to make corrections.  If the shop is NOT turned in with the corrections made after the extra 24 hours is up, the shop will be unscheduled immediately.

 

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the person who rejected your shop at their direct extension OR call 888-300-8292 to reach any one in the office.

 

 (Any shop survey received that does not follow the guidelines is returned for corrections.  This will delay the successful completion of your shop and delay you receiving your shop pay.)
