When going to complete your shop, if you click on the "Complete Shop" button and you do NOT get a pop-up box, this means one or both of the following; 

• You or your internet provider may have downloaded a "Pop-Up Box Blocker" on your system. You will need to remove this blocker in order to complete your shop. Because our shop forms do pop-up as a pop-up box.  
• Your "Cookies" are on high. In order to complete your shop, you will need to go into your "Internet Options" or "Preferences" and turn your "Cookies" to a LOW level.  

After you have complete one or both of these updates, please restart your computer, so that it is refreshed, and try to click the "Complete Shop" button again. If you still cannot get our pop-up box form after trying the options above, please contact us 888-300-8292.
