We pride ourselves in delivering the most professional and comfortable furniture shopping experience available for the Metro Denver area consumer. In order to do that we need to continuously take a critical view of how we are perceived by our customer. Remember, a point of view is determined by the viewing point, and I can't think of a better vehicle to achieve this than mystery shopping our stores. We have been using Business Evaluation Services - "Mystery Shopper" program for over three years now in order to achieve this point of view. What it has done is allow us to rate the experience our customer would receive on any given day. The reports we receive from BES are used as coaching tools for the store managers to use with the salesperson.
