 As an additional service, some of our clients have hired us on a consulting basis to help them better understand the results of their mystery shops. During this process, each report is read in detail to look for common areas that are performing to company standards in addition to those that fall below.
We then create a power point presentation with these areas of discovery and help you with a next step plan to turn the “Bad into Better”.
Typically we will attend a quarterly management meeting and present the findings to the responsible management team. During this meeting we spend approximately 2 hours covering the information, offering suggestions and answering any questions that may come up.
This is often a productive method when you do not have a person in charge of the program that can spend the time looking for the commonalties with the reports.
