Log on to our website - www.mysteryshopperservices.com

Once logged on to our website, you will see the option “Log In” at the top of the menu. Choose “Client Log In” and then you will see the options to the left of the screen, E-mail and Password.

You will enter your email address and password as we have it listed in our database. (If you do not remember your password, use the forgot password feature and the password will be sent to the email address we have in our system for you)

VERY IMPORTANT!

The first time you log in, you will be asked if you would like to load the active X viewer. You must say yes or you will not be able to view the reports. (You will only be prompted to do this the first time you log in)

Once logged in, you can review the individual shops, monthly company reports and drill down reporting.
