This feature works off of live data. Therefore, as you run the reports, the data that is displayed is up to the minute information. This feature allows you to run reports for multiple days, months or years.

When running this report, depending on the size of your company and the amount of levels that have been set-up will determine the layout of the data and how it is displayed. The first thing you must do is choose a date range for the data you wish to view.

Typically, the first set of data that is listed is the company overall scoring. If you have several divisions, this will be a collective score for all divisions. By clicking on the company link, it will then display the divisions. By clicking a specific division, it will then display regions, areas or managers. By clicking on any of these, it will then display the locations associated with each. From there you can click on the locations and then the individual shops associated with each location.

You will also notice at the right, the score will be displayed from the very first level all the way down to the locations shopped. By clicking on the score at any time you will see the category breakdown of the forms. This gives you the collective score for each category. By clicking any of the category’s you will then see the individual questions that make up the category as well as the score for each question.
