If you wish to email a specific shop or company report to someone that does not have access to the reports. You can do this by highlighting the shop or report you wish to send, then clicking at the bottom of the page, the option “Email Shop”. Click this option and then enter the name of the person you are sending this to. And then enter their email address. Simply follow the steps from there and your party will receive a link to this one report only and will not have access to the other data. (*Note – They must also say OK to the active X viewer or they will not be able to view the report)
