To view a company report, simply choose from the list of available reports and select "View Completed Shop" from the bottom of the screen and it will generate the selected report. Be sure to wait until the window displaying the page numbers stops generating pages before you try clicking through the pages. This is signified by the following as it is still generating pages.(i.e. 1/32+) After the + signs goes away, this indicates there are no more pages to generate. You can then click through the pages by clicking the up and down arrows displayed next to the page window.
