To review the individual mystery shop reports, choose the month to review, and it will display the completed shops received to date. To review the reports, either choose one single report, all reports or selected individual reports. To choose multiple reports, hold down the "CTRL" key and click the ones you want to review with your mouse. Once they are highlighted, at the bottom of the menu is a selector - "View Completed Shop" clicking this will build a report of all shops selected. From here, you can view or print all listed reports.
