TROUBLE LOGGING INTO THE SITE:
If you are having trouble logging into the site, it is either because you are using the In-correct log in information OR because your Computer Cookies may be on a high level. In order to log in you will need to go into your computers Internet Options or Preferences and turn your Cookies to a LOW level.
TROUBLE PULLING UP "COMPLETE SHOP" FORM:
There is now a NEW option for pulling up your
shop form. If you go to complete your shop by clicking the "Complete Shop"
button and a pop-up box/form does NOT pull up. There is now an option at the
bottom of the page that you can click on to pull up your shop form on a page
instead of a pop-up.
When going to complete your shop, if you click on the "Complete Shop" button and you do NOT get a pop-up box, this means one or both of the following:
- You or your internet provider may have downloaded a "Pop-Up Box Blocker" on your system. You will need to Remove/Turn Off this blocker in order to complete your shop. Our shop forms do pop-up as a pop-up box.
- Your "Cookies" may be on a high level. In order to complete your shop, you will need to go into your "Internet Options" or "Preferences" and turn your "Cookies" to a LOW level.
After you have completed any of the updates mentioned above, please completely restart your computer, and try again.
